Our Story

We are a Knoxville, Tennessee-based registered investment advisor founded in late 2012 by Donald Nalls, CFP®. Our practice was built upon the dual pillars of Don’s two decades of financial advisory experience, as well as the honor and integrity instilled in him during his time spent with the United States Military. In 2014, Don was joined by T. Lee Sherbakoff, CPA/PFS CFP® also a US Military veteran and experienced investment professional, to form The Nalls Sherbakoff Group, LLC. Combined, our team has over sixty years’ investment experience, a deep appreciation of the financial markets, and investor behavioral insight, not to mention a relentless pursuit towards excellent client service.
